The GreenStar Difference offers 3 levels of comprehensive  managed service that provides peace of mind and ensures that your system is  operating at peak performance as they should be. If you’re having trouble with  your system, there’s no such thing as we’ll schedule something in the following  week – we have the resources and the capacity to tend to your needs to ensure  your home is running smoothly (this is dependent on the level of service you  opt-in).

If you have an uninstalled system that’s not  working, we offer an on-site appraisal and full report for a flat fee of $600  (inclusive of GST) for customers located in Melbourne Metro. Please note, you  are under no obligation to opt-in to our Aftercare service – this is just an  additional once off service that we offer to clients.

  • 2 x 4-hour onsite visits per year, for minor adjustments where required
  • Update of all new firmware for installed systems
  • Hardware maintenance including rack clean and check
  • Wi-Fi Channel performance check
  • Camera clean and recordings check
  • Discount on Call outs ($300 = 2-hour onsite appointment, next available scheduled time)
